Room was neat but the bathtub needed refinishing. The beds were very comfortable and all and all the stay was great. No extreme noises or loud neighbors. The check in was smooth and the workers were nice and very polite. Location was within 10 minutes to everything

I had booked through a third party site for an executive king suite and got downgraded for the same price to a standard after the night shift gave away my room right in front of me. I then get to my room to find that the refrigerator did not work and when I went to turn on the air for heat cuz it was 29° outside there was a constant knocking which I will be posting coming from the unit that allowed Me 2 hours of sleep after driving 12. I was then told that I couldn't be switched rooms and to circulate air I should open a window which of course one of the locks was broken and it did not open. I was not giving any kind of refund, compensation, and I was made to wait another 45 minutes while they inspected my room to give me my deposit back. I had a horrible stay and I will be contacting the general manager of the hotel as well as the managers of the branch.

The staff was very accommodating. Minor room problems the staff took care of upon notification. The $25 pet fee (for each pet) for each night was a little over the top. A flat $25 fee would be more appropriate. There was no charge for my …

The hotel was clean, convenient in location and just like what you see on images. The stay was a two night stay, but could of been better.

Out dated tvs but the beds were comfortable. Half of the lamps didn't work, but the room was clean. The shower was fixed but the temperature control was nice.
